When two people’s finger prints never matches, eye cornea never matches then how can we compare two completely different individuals? Every human is a unique creation of god and every unique individual is blessed with different qualities and skills.
In the blossoming age of children, as parents it’s our responsibility to make them explore themselves and figure out with what skills they are gifted with. Rather than just running in a race of making our children ‘Super Children’ and imposing on them your aspirations and your desires.
It is natural that parents want a secure future for their children but not on the cost of their mental health. Let the child not carry the load of your wishes, instead make him light by helping him realise his dreams.
You know more than a formal writing an informal one reaches to the reader’s heart soon! So you’d find a very one to one connection with me while you’re reading me. So today when I was back from my regular working day my mom told me to eat this and that and what not. While I was having my dinner she told me, Shwetal eat less baby instead have fruits, have apple, have anaar (pomegranate). I said ok dedo! She said ‘No’ get up, take it yourself, peal it and then have it.
I was like ok 👍🏻
When I started to peal the anaar firstly I did not pay attention to it. But then while taking it seeds out one by one I told my mom “Bhagwan ne kitte sundar tarike se fruits ko banaya na mumma”
She smiled and said ” Isiliye tujhe apne aap krne ko kaha”.
So it’s how simple and in an easy way parents want us to know the beauty of life. If today I wouldn’t have pealed the pomegranate myself I would be missing a very beautiful creation of god.
Very often people wonder why do we have children? Is it to carry on the family’s name or to raise children to take care of us in old age?
The reason for having children is both to give and to appreciate.
We should not ask for perfection in our children, neither should we expect them to win credits to honour the family nor should we want them as an insurance for old age.
We should only ask for them to be healthy and to let us have the chance to walk with them through this journey of life in this beautiful world.
A step towards better parenting. Give your kid a full fledged childhood. We help you serve your child better😊
Beginning with my first series of 🎉•| #yogaforbeginners |• 🎉 📌 Pigeon pose (with neck stretched out) #1
So it began when I saw a post on Instagram. A girl doing something really weird out of her body, like she could twist and turn her body anywhere and everywhere! In the starting I found it impossible and quite mad to do it but one fine day just thought of doing the madness. And then I just try n do it and I could to some extent…… Concluded as it is not that difficult as it seems to be…………. Note to the souls who are reading: Hey lovelies these are small glimpse of my life though not in series but I hope to uplift your mind; Trying it is not impossible, make an attempt without thinking about the results. Just without trying concluding that you can’t , that is real failure. And I know you don’t wanna fail 😉
Nature is the best place to practice *YOGA* and specially my favourite amidst. It is so enchanting to go out in open, so close to the nature. I belong from the city of lakes ‘UDAIPUR’ also known as the ‘Venice of East’ is an extra blessing to me being a Yogini. It feels so awakening and stilling in the mind to hear soft chirpings of the morning birds, to look around the beautiful ‘Aravali Hills’ , to feel the cool breeze at the dawn. Every single breath inhaled is a kind of natural meditation you’re going through. All the hustle bustles going on the mind settles at the glace of the nature. It is like a no medicine therapy with full proof results and no side effects.
Special note to the reader: Hey beautiful soul you must try the nature once. Who knows what you feel out of it.
I was walking out of my college library and somebody jut asked that do I write yoga blogs. I said yes, I do ; she said they are cute “ache likhti ho”!
‘Thank you’ I said.
That small compliment made me feel like to write more often and probably it will improve my skills in writing blogs. I prefer writing simple, short and to the point blogs. It directly reaches out to the reader. Anyways I am glad somebody reads my short and sweet stuff.
And here’s another glimpse of my yoga poses. I took these when I was coming back from UBESHWAR (a beautiful place where there is lord Shiva’s temple). On the way back I saw a partially made home out of stones. It was on a small hill, was green and pretty all around so I thought of grabbing the opportunity and clicked some. So here’s one more from that day.
Spent the whole day volunteering for the Art of living Happiness workshop. It like being in bliss for each and every second. A YOGI just doing yogasanas is incomplete without pranayama, meditation and sadhna.
All the other halves in a yogi’s life which I missed is given to me by my Guru’s grace 😇
And not just one have got many beautiful teacher and guides on this path of mine who have always given me endless learnings, experiences and opportunities.
Here’s my heart fed gratitude to the 4 pillars of my life:
My mother, my father and my two yoga gurus.
