Namaskarasana is very specially helpful for women preparing for birth. It is also thought to improve both balance and concentration.

Namaskarasana is believed to stimulate the root (muladhara) chakra at the base of the spine, which can help the yogi to feel more grounded.

How to back bend in Namaskaram:

• Stand straight with both legs shoulder width apart

• Join hands and begin to bend backward slowly

• After reaching a limit where your back allows, hold the position

• Take a few breaths in the position

• Then slowly come back to the standing position

Cherishing little moments!

In the course of making our children ‘super children’, have we forgotten to give them their Side time or we are simply running in the race of ‘Focus on your career’ marathon???

You know there are series of tasks a child will do but only when he is capable to, and not when we want them to do. Or maybe sometimes they might do the task when we consistently force them to do but not with that happiness or zeal with which they’ll do the stuff they really love to do. At early stage children are needed to be loved and embraced and not mended. Beginners need more of side time- playful times, leisure times, feeling of love, trust and care. This is the right time to create a feeling of trust in the relationship and not pressuring them for the ‘so called career’ which will thereafter create a distant gap in your relation. And once this gap is amidst you and your child it will become very difficult to bridge the gap. So begin with the playfulness; the actual meaning of childhood and not the pressure of future.

Let’s not spoil the present of our children, let’s not over burden them with the extra weights of OUR dreams that we have seen for them and instead let them dream themselves and built a beautiful future. 😊

Effective Parenting !

When two people’s finger prints never matches, eye cornea never matches then how can we compare two completely different individuals? Every human is a unique creation of god and every unique individual is blessed with different qualities and skills.

In the blossoming age of children, as parents it’s our responsibility to make them explore themselves and figure out with what skills they are gifted with. Rather than just running in a race of making our children ‘Super Children’ and imposing on them your aspirations and your desires.

It is natural that parents want a secure future for their children but not on the cost of their mental health. Let the child not carry the load of your wishes, instead make him light by helping him realise his dreams.

Try! You Will Succeed

Beginning with my first series of 🎉•| #yogaforbeginners |• 🎉 📌 Pigeon pose (with neck stretched out) #1

So it began when I saw a post on Instagram. A girl doing something really weird out of her body, like she could twist and turn her body anywhere and everywhere! In the starting I found it impossible and quite mad to do it but one fine day just thought of doing the madness. And then I just try n do it and I could to some extent…… Concluded as it is not that difficult as it seems to be…………. Note to the souls who are reading: Hey lovelies these are small glimpse of my life though not in series but I hope to uplift your mind; Trying it is not impossible, make an attempt without thinking about the results. Just without trying concluding that you can’t , that is real failure. And I know you don’t wanna fail 😉

Amidst Nature

Nature is the best place to practice *YOGA* and specially my favourite amidst. It is so enchanting to go out in open, so close to the nature. I belong from the city of lakes ‘UDAIPUR’ also known as the ‘Venice of East’ is an extra blessing to me being a Yogini. It feels so awakening and stilling in the mind to hear soft chirpings of the morning birds, to look around the beautiful ‘Aravali Hills’ , to feel the cool breeze at the dawn. Every single breath inhaled is a kind of natural meditation you’re going through. All the hustle bustles going on the mind settles at the glace of the nature. It is like a no medicine therapy with full proof results and no side effects.

Special note to the reader: Hey beautiful soul you must try the nature once. Who knows what you feel out of it.
