Namaskaram

Namaskarasana is very specially helpful for women preparing for birth. It is also thought to improve both balance and concentration.

Namaskarasana is believed to stimulate the root (muladhara) chakra at the base of the spine, which can help the yogi to feel more grounded.

How to back bend in Namaskaram:

• Stand straight with both legs shoulder width apart

• Join hands and begin to bend backward slowly

• After reaching a limit where your back allows, hold the position

• Take a few breaths in the position

• Then slowly come back to the standing position

The Last Breath!

The last breath!

The moment you realise that you have got a countable number of breaths in your life, the moment you realise the utter truth of life, the very second you realise that there’s no final destination one has and what would be your last thought or work or deed that is when you actually start living your life. The most righteous knowledge one can get is to get awakened about the last breath. And it’s is not a matter of fear or regret, it is a simple readiness to understand that we have no clue about our ‘Last Breath’. Knowing this you may definitely ponder upon your life and the way you are living it. Is it a happy one or just a long session full of complaints and regret. I tell you the day you realise that any moment be your last that is when you start to begin to see the greater happiness in your life. And that should really be the same. See the brighter side of life, see the gains your life and nevertheless the loss is a part of everyone’s life.

Dear reader this message is specially for you to hold on here, think over again, and see and check on yourself that are you living a worthy life. And a worthy life is not always about money, relationships and the profit one makes in life but instead it is all about the love you give others, the satisfaction you have during the course of life and accepting that if life is a truth so is the death. 🙂

Try! You Will Succeed

Beginning with my first series of 🎉•| #yogaforbeginners |• 🎉 📌 Pigeon pose (with neck stretched out) #1

So it began when I saw a post on Instagram. A girl doing something really weird out of her body, like she could twist and turn her body anywhere and everywhere! In the starting I found it impossible and quite mad to do it but one fine day just thought of doing the madness. And then I just try n do it and I could to some extent…… Concluded as it is not that difficult as it seems to be…………. Note to the souls who are reading: Hey lovelies these are small glimpse of my life though not in series but I hope to uplift your mind; Trying it is not impossible, make an attempt without thinking about the results. Just without trying concluding that you can’t , that is real failure. And I know you don’t wanna fail 😉

Amidst Nature

Nature is the best place to practice *YOGA* and specially my favourite amidst. It is so enchanting to go out in open, so close to the nature. I belong from the city of lakes ‘UDAIPUR’ also known as the ‘Venice of East’ is an extra blessing to me being a Yogini. It feels so awakening and stilling in the mind to hear soft chirpings of the morning birds, to look around the beautiful ‘Aravali Hills’ , to feel the cool breeze at the dawn. Every single breath inhaled is a kind of natural meditation you’re going through. All the hustle bustles going on the mind settles at the glace of the nature. It is like a no medicine therapy with full proof results and no side effects.

Special note to the reader: Hey beautiful soul you must try the nature once. Who knows what you feel out of it.

Side Bending!!!

I was walking out of my college library and somebody jut asked that do I write yoga blogs. I said yes, I do ; she said they are cute “ache likhti ho”!

‘Thank you’ I said.

That small compliment made me feel like to write more often and probably it will improve my skills in writing blogs. I prefer writing simple, short and to the point blogs. It directly reaches out to the reader. Anyways I am glad somebody reads my short and sweet stuff.

And here’s another glimpse of my yoga poses. I took these when I was coming back from UBESHWAR (a beautiful place where there is lord Shiva’s temple). On the way back I saw a partially made home out of stones. It was on a small hill, was green and pretty all around so I thought of grabbing the opportunity and clicked some. So here’s one more from that day.
